Job Description Summary
The Business Analyst turns complex commercial and operational data into clear, actionable insight that improves decision making across MDS (Medication Delivery Solutions) EMEA. Partnering with Regional and Country teams (Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial Excellence), you will build reliable analytics, surface business risks and opportunities, and support disciplined performance management. Success is measured by decision quality, adoption of analytics, and improvements in business outcomes, not volume of reports.

Responsibilities

- Process Alignment & Optimization:Align analytics deliverables with business processes, continuously improve reporting suite, and translate business questions into structured analyses with clear assumptions and acceptance criteria.
- Data Quality Management:Partner with data owners to monitor and ensure data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness while tracking remediation of identified issues.
- Documentation & Enablement:Maintain comprehensive data definitions and dashboard guides, and deliver concise training sessions to drive adoption across teams.
- Stakeholder Communication:Present insights with relevant context, business implications, and clear action options while tracking outcomes and ensuring follow-through.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with the EMEA Regional teams (Marketing, Finance, Commercial Excellence, Supply Chain) and Country Commercial/Marketing teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Compliance & Governance:Handle all data in accordance with internal policies and GDPR requirements, ensuring regulatory compliance in all analytics activities.

Preferred Requirements:

- Experience: 3-6 years in business/commercial/operations analytics within an EMEA context, supporting cross-functional stakeholders with demonstrated ability to translate business questions into actionable analytics
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel required; SQL knowledge and experience with DAX and/or Python for analytics is highly advantageous
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of commercial and financial concepts including pricing, margin/mix analysis, growth attribution, forecasting, and inventory management
- Data Management: Experience with data quality/governance practices and ability to work effectively with and incrementally improve imperfect datasets
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with proven ability to deliver clear, business-ready storytelling across culturally diverse teams
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP (e.g., SAP) systems; background in medical devices/med-tech or other regulated industries preferred
